Prevent Chafing
For runners, Vaseline can be a useful support. Applying very little to rubbing areas, like the thighs and underarms, will help minimize irritation. Vaseline can also be applied to regions of the skin where clothing or shoes rub against it to avoid burns. Vaseline is another product that some runners use to moisturize and heal dry or itchy skin. Vaseline should be used carefully, to prevent feeling oily or uncomfortable when running.
