Your children must get regular exercise if you are a parent. You can accomplish things indoors even if you don’t have a garden. How about making your family a game out of your regular workout? Make it simple for the youngsters by referring to it as exercise play rather than a workout.
Here are some suggestions Make sure your downstairs neighbors won’t become irritated before jumping rope. Headstands: They strengthen your abdominal muscles and stimulate your brain. Races of animals: Get imaginative and hop like a frog or rabbit or waddle like a duck!Clean-up competition: Play some music, set a timer, and see who can clean the room the quickest. Pillow fight: Need I say more? It’s a lot of fun!
