12. Crossfit
Many times, when we think of CrossFit, we imagine an expansive facility. But even without all those tools, you can still perform CrossFit at home. Here’s an easy core exercise you can do:
Perform five rounds of:
1. Ten sit-ups
2. Five lunges
3. Take a 45-second hold on a plank.
4. Ten more push-ups
5. Take a 60-second hold of a plank.
6. Perform fifteen sit-ups.
7. Take a 60-second break in between each round.
