The movie is about a bunch of American soldiers sent to Somalia to help out because things were not good there – the government was in trouble, and people were starving. But, things get really tough when Somali forces take down two helicopters called Black Hawks, and everything gets super chaotic. A lot of people say Black Hawk Down is one of the best war movies, and folks on Reddit think it’s a really accurate telling of what happened.
