This mission, known as Apollo 13, was an attempt at a third moon landing. However, when the oxygen tank in their spacecraft broke down, a lot of bad things happened. Thus, at that time failing to land on the moon seemed to be an important problem. Although they all are helpless, it was known as a successful failure by many.
