1. Beach of the Cathedrals
Situated in Ribadeo Lugo, Catedrais the Beach of the Cathedrals. It is a Natural Monument famous for its amazing curves and underground spaces. It offers amazing views of underwater caves and high rocks during low tide. Swimming remains allowed on the beach even when high tide modifies the surrounding environment. At high tide, the visitors can look at cathedral-like features in the sand deposit surrounded by slate and schist. However, they use caution as water returns quickly along the nearly flat beach.
